Where we deliver

Online checkout is available for the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and supported European Union countries. The available destinations are shown at checkout.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged separately and calculated at checkout according to the destination and order value. We do not currently offer free international delivery. UK Standard delivery is £4.99 and UK Express delivery is £6.99. The full delivery charge is shown before payment.

Processing and dispatch

Print-only artwork and greeting cards fulfilled in the Citizen Smith studio are usually prepared within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Framed artwork and made-to-order products are produced by specialist partners and may take longer; any production estimate shown on the product page applies before the carrier delivery time. We do not dispatch studio orders at weekends or on UK bank holidays.

Separate parcels

Items made or dispatched from different locations may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking information is sent when available.

International orders

Prepaid-duty delivery (DDP) is available on eligible US orders and will be clearly identified in the delivery options.

For other international destinations, including the EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, local import taxes, customs duties and carrier handling fees may apply unless explicitly included in your order total. These charges are payable by the customer.

International delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If an order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can help.
